Was fortunate enough to get an invite to Talib Kweli's birthday celebration at Playhouse.  Met at his house and we all carpooled to the venue where Too Short was also in the building.  He kept calling me "Pimp" and poppin' his collar because I was rocking the hell out of my fur coat:)which may I add that I am so excited the winds are kicking in to bring out all my fur pieces!! Pimped out in all vintage (Fur Coat and Lace minidress)

CSik Drug Lab

One of my favorite places to pop in to or get some work done is at the studio.  The Drug Lab is a current studio I randomly pay visits to.  My friend, CSik is an amazing mixing engineer/producer who works with Hip Hop artists such as KRS One, Talib Kweli, Psycho Realm, Ras Kass and the like.  Definitely a place where incredible talent passes through and magic happens!

SORRY for not updating in so long. Life has been a bit hectic but definitely not complaining because every day brings about new surprises..some are great..some are not so great but that is the beauty of life..adjusting to what comes our way.  One of the perks of my life is getting invited to myriad events and coming across brilliant new people on a daily. Reminds me that I'm in a great space.
One of my dearest friend's, Ras Kass invited me to San Diego where he was hitting the stage.  Met Lady of Rage, which was ill because I was a fan of all the Friday movies.  Also met Crooked I(Slaughter House), who was actually hosting the event...Straight West Coast Hip Hop in the building:)
We actually spent the whole weekend in S.D and stopped by Tribal Clothing to get some swaagg..THANKS for hooking us up!!

Work has been pretty hectic, which comes at a cost of spending less time with my little niece and nephew **Super sad face** So I finally had a chance to spend a day with them and this is what crazy auntie does to entertain the kiddies.hahaha!! I may have enjoyed this more than the kids. ha!! But hey...life is about being happy and I always know how to entertain myself and after all.. We all shouldn't take life too seriously and learn to even laugh at ourselves!! LIVE..LAUGH..LOVE!!!! Wiiiiii!!!!

It is no surprise that I am a seafood junkie. One of my favorite spots is Captain Kidd's in Redondo Beach. I grew up in Hawthorne, CA and this was one of the places I felt rewarded going to as a kid. Fun Factory still remains filled with arcade games, but I mainly go for the fresh live crab. Such a lovely treat to my bellaaay:)
